As part of every installation, we use a HotFlush machine to clean out the transmission cooler and lines. This step is critical—it removes contaminants and debris from the old transmission that can cause immediate damage to your new unit if left unchecked.

 

Complete System Inspection

We don’t just install and send you on your way. Your truck is inspected thoroughly for any potential weak points in the drivetrain. This includes:

• Transmission lines

• Rear main seal

• U-joints

• Transmission mount

If any of these components show signs of wear or damage, we notify you immediately and recommend replacement to ensure proper fit, function, and long-term reliability.

 

Relearns & Testing

We also perform all necessary relearns using the correct scan tools—this includes setting CVI indexes when applicable. These steps ensure your transmission is properly calibrated and communicating correctly with the vehicle’s computer.
